Domestic Violence: There’s Hope

Marriage is intended by God to be a loving relationship. When one partner becomes abusive it can totally shatter trust and may even become life threatening. Safety becomes a priority.  Abuse takes many forms.

Domestic violence is a complicated issue.  People who are involved in a domestic violence relationship, either as the abused or the abuser, can benefit by seeking help from those who are knowledgeable about domestic violence.

Jesus loves you. God has also blessed our society with resources to help people who are in a relationship with domestic violence. Don’t try to go it alone. If you are in a relationship with domestic violence, ask God to give you wisdom to seek the help you need from people who understand what you are going through and have the knowledge to help you.
